Housecall Pro alternative
Lienzor is an alternative to Housecall Pro for contractors whose real leak is open estimates, not dispatch, and who want follow-ups sent from their own mailbox. If you need scheduling, payments and a field app in one subscription, Housecall Pro does far more than we do.
Lienzor is our tool. We build it, so this page is a vendor's point of view: read it as one. Everything said about Housecall Pro comes from its official website, checked on October 12, 2026. No ratings, no ranking. If a line has changed since, their page is the reference.

What Housecall Pro does better
Texts as well as emails
Housecall Pro's Pipeline add-on follows up by text and email. Lienzor sends email only and leaves the text to you, copied from a ready-made short version.
Signatures and payments
Customers can sign estimates and pay through Housecall Pro, with consumer financing. Lienzor stops at the follow-up: signature and payment happen in your other tools.
Field operations
Scheduling, dispatch and a free iOS and Android app in English and Spanish. None of that exists in Lienzor.
QuickBooks
QuickBooks Online and Desktop from Essentials up. Lienzor has no accounting sync.
