PandaDoc alternative

Lienzor is an alternative to PandaDoc for trade businesses that send simple estimates and need them chased until the customer answers, more than they need contract templates. If your deals depend on e-signature, open tracking and polished proposals, PandaDoc is built for that and we are not.

Lienzor is our tool. We build it, so this page is a vendor's point of view: read it as one. Everything said about PandaDoc comes from its official website, checked on October 12, 2026. No ratings, no ranking. If a line has changed since, their page is the reference.

What PandaDoc does better

E-signature everywhere

PandaDoc includes e-signature on every plan, the free one included. A customer can sign the quote in the browser. Lienzor does not handle signatures.

You know when it was opened

PandaDoc shows real-time tracking and recipient analytics. Lienzor does not track opens: it times follow-ups by days and stops on a reply.

Proposals and contracts

Templates, agreements, CPQ on Enterprise and integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. It is a document platform, and much wider than a quote follow-up tool.

Payments on the document

On Business, the customer can pay from the document through several processors. Not possible in Lienzor.

Who each one fits

Pick PandaDoc instead if

  • Your quotes are long proposals or contracts that must be signed online.
  • You want to know who opened what, and when.
  • Your sales team already lives in a CRM.

Lienzor will suit you better if

  • You send short estimates by email and most of the loss is silence afterwards.
  • You want follow-ups written in your name, from your own address, that stop on a reply.
  • You also want review requests, referrals and win-back emails from the same client list.

Frequently asked questions

Does Lienzor have e-signature?

No. If a signed document is a must for you, PandaDoc or another signature tool will be needed.

Is PandaDoc free?

Its pricing page shows a free plan that "Includes 60 docs for free per year", checked October 12, 2026. Paid plans are billed per seat.

Can I keep my PandaDoc quotes and use Lienzor for follow-up?

Yes. Lienzor detects quotes you sent from Gmail or Outlook, or you add them by hand or import a CSV. It does not connect to PandaDoc.

Does Lienzor know when a quote is opened?

No. Follow-ups go out on day 3, 8 and 15, at most three, and stop when the customer answers.

How much does Lienzor cost?

Nothing during launch, without a credit card. Pricing will be announced ahead of time.

The simplest way to decide

The demo runs on sample estimates, no account needed. Look at the follow-up queue: if that is the part you were missing, start free.
